This app is a joke!!! EXCESSIVE FEES!!! After having serious problems to be verified, because of there ignorant staff, I wanted to buy my first crypto. When trying that the app says : we can convert only 0,005457 inch!! LIKE I SAID : IF YOU INTEND TO BUY CRYPTO USING THIS APP THEN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE IT WANT WORK!!!!
2. they say cash in is without any fee possible BUT THATS A LIE!!! FOR EVERY CASH IN THEY CHARGE 40PESOS FEE!!! ????????????

so far so good, I submitted my documents then the next day approved, I transfer my crypto coins in just a seconds then crypto coins to php, thumbs up for now ????

they will respond only when it is convenient for them. so disappointed that i had to wait many days before i could get things fixed. i needed to cash in and because of the pending verification i couldnt proceed. Seriously i could only get an answer during businessday and your business is money related? I cannot put funds until someone respond to me to fix the issue related to verification. it could have been resolved during business day if you do not respond 1 time only per day. Jesus christ. Very scary to put a lot of money and no immediate support. Id verification is done but still under review. how many times do i keep repeating to upload ID every other day?
i am so angry about this because it has been so long i have submitted but due to maybe thier system issue they missed to approve and now i need to re do it and that i had to wait for days for a response to help fix my issue.
i will not be tired giving a 1 endless rating for any survey for coinsph for my disappointment
